Our Process
Before each appointment, an overview of services and pricing will be discussed to ensure transparency and to help create the best grooming plan for your pet’s individual needs.
On the day of your pet’s appointment, the focus is to create a calm, safe, and personalized grooming experience from start to finish.
Each groom is performed at your pet’s pace with patience to build trust throughout the appointment. During the session, your pup will receive individualized care tailored to their coat type, comfort level, and grooming goals discussed during the consultation.
Grooming location will be determined if you would like me to do it at your home. Or I can take your pet to my place to do the groom.
Step 1: Consultation
Begin your pet’s grooming journey with a personalized one-on-one consultation designed to help me get to know both you and your furry companion.
This helps create a safe, comfortable, and customized grooming experience tailored specifically to your pet’s individual needs.
We will meet up at a place where we can go all the services you want to proceed with for the appointment, The a groomer get hands on with your pet analyzing the behavior and coat.
Then we proceed by scheduling the appointment, a 20$ deposit will be requested and will go towards your service .
Step 2: Grooming Day
After your pet’s appointment, follow-up communication may be provided to discuss your pup’s grooming experience, coat condition, behavior during the groom, and any recommended maintenance or future care suggestions.
To help maintain your dog’s coat health, comfort, and styling, regular grooming schedules are highly recommended. Rebooking appointments in advance helps ensure availability and consistency in your pet’s grooming routine.
My goal is to build lasting relationships with both pets and owners by providing reliable communication, compassionate care, and a consistent luxury grooming experience you can trust.
Because every dog is unique, final pricing will be confirmed during the consultation or prior to the grooming appointment.

Payments are due upon completion of services. I currently accept approved electronic payment methods and other agreed-upon forms of payment.

Urban Revive Bath: Based on Size. A swift, High efficiency cleanse using Well & Good shampoos, properly mensurated and Diluted creating the best bathing experience your dog and /or Cat can have. With Techniques catering for your pets needs.
During the consultation, we will meet one-on-one to review the Q&A form and discuss the services available for your pet. Based on your pet's individual needs, I will recommend the services that are the best fit.
I will also perform a hands-on assessment by examining your pet's coat and evaluating their overall condition. In addition, I will assess your pet's behavior and temperament before proceeding with scheduling an appointment.
Finally, we will review service pricing, policies, and consent forms to ensure you have a complete understanding of the grooming process and expectations before booking.
